Key Responsibilities

  • •Build core components for Document Intelligence to enable enterprise AI use cases with standardized, robust, scalable solutions.
  • •Develop and maintain scalable APIs and end-to-end integration services for AI products, workflows, and platform capabilities.
  • •Conduct design/architecture reviews and enforce engineering standards, coding practices, documentation, and quality assurance.
  • •Deliver hands-on engineering through API development, unit/integration testing, defect resolution, and collaboration with testers on test cases and data preparation.
  • •Deploy and scale on cloud using GCP and Kubernetes, and ensure reliability through monitoring, load/performance testing, optimization, and incident response (including onsite/offsite production support).

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of IT experience (preferably enterprise application or platform development), with 4+ years hands-on backend/platform engineering using Java and Python.
  • •Strong solution design and hands-on coding expertise as a senior individual contributor, with excellent technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • •University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • •Exposure to all stages of the SDLC and solid working knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • •Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, micro-frontend architecture, and LLM-related solutions (advantage).
