Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the installation of manufacturing equipment and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
  • •Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and basic electrical faults.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions while replacing defective components.
  • •Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly and collaborate with production teams to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • •Adhere to safety policies and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), and document maintenance records.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
  • •Experience in automated manufacturing environments.
  • •Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment and automated production systems.
  • •Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • •Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.
