Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute PCB/PCBA commodity strategies and subassembly sourcing plans to reduce cost, improve quality, and strengthen supply chain resilience.
  • •Lead end-to-end sourcing responsibility to deliver quality parts at the right cost when needed.
  • •Run RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing for PCB/PCBA and subassemblies, including supplier performance management across delivery, quality, cost, and innovation metrics.
  • •Own the relationship with contract manufacturers for continuity of supply, risk management, cost negotiations, and NPI to MP execution.
  • •Negotiate supplier agreements and partner with engineering and contract manufacturers to influence technical specs and manufacturing requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •8+ years in supply chain category management of printed circuit board assembly and electronics manufacturing and/or sourcing engineering.
  • •Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • •Ability to relocate to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.
  • •U.S. TS clearance required (ability to obtain and maintain).
