Job Summary

Own the PCB/PCBA commodity strategy for securing critical components, materials, and services that power Anduril’s products. Lead end-to-end sourcing, including RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and strategic supplier partnerships with contract manufacturers. Drive cost, quality, and supply continuity through supplier performance management, detailed TCO and quote analysis, and data-driven decisions. Partner with engineering to influence technical specs and manage commercial agreements and IP/statement of work accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute PCB/PCBA commodity strategies and subassembly sourcing plans to reduce cost, improve quality, and strengthen supply chain resilience.
•Lead end-to-end sourcing responsibility to deliver quality parts at the right cost when needed.
•Run RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing for PCB/PCBA and subassemblies, including supplier performance management across delivery, quality, cost, and innovation metrics.
•Own the relationship with contract manufacturers for continuity of supply, risk management, cost negotiations, and NPI to MP execution.
•Negotiate supplier agreements and partner with engineering and contract manufacturers to influence technical specs and manufacturing requirements.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
•8+ years in supply chain category management of printed circuit board assembly and electronics manufacturing and/or sourcing engineering.
•Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
•Ability to relocate to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.
•U.S. TS clearance required (ability to obtain and maintain).
