Geology Engineering Practice Leader

Lead Geo-Civil geology engineering work for AECOM’s Southern California practice, building long-term client relationships and driving business development across California and the western U.S. Oversee surface and subsurface geologic and geotechnical investigations, interpret geologic data, and develop geologic models. Manage and mentor staff to deliver projects on time and within budget, support proposal development, and collaborate with geotechnical and structural engineers on robust dam designs, including regulatory permitting support.
