Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage accessory shipment planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery while meeting business commitments.
  • •Monitor accessory supply, inventory levels, and shipment status; identify risks and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
  • •Support accessory allocation, prioritisation, and fulfilment decisions based on demand, inventory availability, and business objectives.
  • •Support Material Assurance of Supply (AOS) analysis and track material availability, shortages, and supply risks.
  • •Compile operational metrics and reports, assist with NPI/EOL/LTB activities, and improve processes through automation and data quality enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •First level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Typically 6 months of experience in a supply chain function; fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • •Good interpersonal skills.
  • •Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) plus other analytical aids.
  • •Basic understanding of project management methodology and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ATP.
