Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain sales capacity models supporting decisions on headcount, ramping, productivity, attainment, and quota.
  • •Analyze and support book-of-business planning for renewals, expansion, contraction, churn, and retention.
  • •Manage headcount forecast and budget planning in collaboration with Sales leaders, Revenue Operations, and Recruiting.
  • •Evaluate ROI for sales investments using incremental headcount, productivity, pipeline generation, bookings, ARR, contribution margin, and payback.
  • •Support quarterly forecasts, annual operating plans, and forecast-to-actual reporting, including variance analysis and executive narratives.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.

  • •Expert-level modeling skills in Excel/Sheets and comfort using BI tools (e.g., Looker).
  • •Experience with planning systems such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive; Salesforce is a plus.
