Manager, Operations Management (1st Shift)

Lead and supervise a team of production employees on the 1st shift, assigning work, setting priorities, and providing technical expertise and managerial leadership. Drive daily crossovers and operational alignment across Manufacturing, prioritize production schedules, and manage milestone meetings. Track performance metrics to improve cycle time, address operations issues impacting customer satisfaction, and ensure safety training and compliance. Implement Lean, safety, and quality improvements while managing staffing, performance, and capacity optimization.
