Shredder Maintenance Supervisor - Nightshift

Oversee day-to-day maintenance of shredding equipment and the shredder department during the night shift. Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards while keeping operations on schedule with minimal downtime. Manage equipment wear parts inventory, recommend replacements, and guide operators, pickers, and cleaners across multiple shifts. Coordinate repairs and maintenance issues with operations leadership to improve efficiency.
