Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • •Develop cost plans/estimates through the design phase and update cost plans at key design milestones.
  • •Review contractor and subcontractor pricing and lead negotiations on behalf of the client to achieve fair contract prices.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, change management, cost checks/valuations, and manage cost variances and change control processes.
  • •Produce monthly cost reports, support final account negotiation, and mentor/coach talent; may include SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards it (preferred).
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large construction projects with medium to high complexity.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction industry technical topics such as procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
