Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure, image, and stage network devices, servers, and peripheral equipment; install operating systems, applications, security tools, and updates.
  • •Validate functionality and perform system testing/QA checks to ensure deployment readiness, including applying asset tags and customer-specific configurations.
  • •Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming equipment shipments; maintain accurate records in inventory management systems and track movement from receipt through deployment/return.
  • •Prepare deployment kits and shipment packages; coordinate shipping/receiving/return logistics and maintain chain-of-custody documentation.
  • •Troubleshoot hardware, software, and imaging issues and escalate unresolved problems; follow staging procedures and security requirements to ensure compliance.

Key Requirements
