Job Summary

Lead and coordinate engineering teams to deliver complex technical projects for a high-profile ADNOC client. Own project delivery outcomes by managing technical scope, quality, cost, and schedule, mitigating risks, and driving change management. Oversee discipline design instructions, manpower planning, workshare plans, and design verification activities. Serve as the main technical liaison with the client and coordinate stakeholders including contractors.

•Lead and coordinate engineering multidiscipline inputs and deliverables across execution centers, including workshare/high value engineering centers.
•Manage technical scope to control quality, cost, and schedule; develop and manage project schedule and recovery plans.
•Drive design verification activities and manage risks and mitigation requirements.
•Interface with discipline managers for resourcing and prepare/check engineering manpower plans and discipline design instructions.
•Supervise technical professionals, coordinate large interdisciplinary teams (typically 50+), and provide communication to the project team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
•Typically requires 15 years in a project delivery environment.

•Deep understanding of technical work scopes plus commercial aspects, including use of conditions of contract for schedules, milestones, and change management.
