Universal Banker PT/20HR - 17th & Alton

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions and deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining proper handling of assigned funds and records. Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options (ATMs, Online and Mobile). Support branch sales activities through outbound calling, identifying client needs and offers, and connecting clients to appropriate specialists. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, while following internal controls and risk policies.
