Key Responsibilities

  • •Support retail marketing tasks including windows & POP, store environment (images and digital content), seasonal graphics and commercial POS, and retail activation communication.
  • •Oversee production to ensure assets are delivered on time and on budget, with focus on timings, costs, and sustainability, coordinating relevant vendors.
  • •Brief the seasonal assets creation for the EMEA region with the global team, VM, brand, creative, and retail operation managers to develop the seasonal toolkit and support VM guidelines.
  • •Manage prototype and production phases, including order form preparation and artworks production for rollouts.
  • •Handle administrative tasks: manage budgets and invoicing for the Managed Creative Environment, maintain budget sheets, and provide regular project updates and monthly newsletter reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Design, Architecture or Marketing.
  • •3–5 years of experience in project management, production processes, tender processes and purchasing, plus creative development, trade marketing, and visual communication/visual merchandising, preferably in apparel or footwear.
  • •Solid experience supporting production processes, tender processes, and purchasing through project management.
  • •Creative and technical design ability to develop visual packages and presentations.
  • •Proficiency with Office tools (PowerPoint and Excel), Key Notes, and Adobe Creative Pack; English mandatory.
