Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule and manage preventive maintenance activities for all plant facilities equipment.
  • •Support maintenance of the entire facility, including utilities management, HVAC systems, fire protection systems, and related infrastructure.
  • •Diagnose, troubleshoot, replace, repair, test, and adjust electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic machinery and equipment.
  • •Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facility systems.
  • •Procure spare parts and services (including contractor selection) and maintain spare parts inventory and repair/calibration records.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years managing a facilities department.
  • •Experience ensuring continuous and safe operation of CNC machining centers and CNC lathes.
  • •Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems and related machinery/equipment maintenance.
  • •Proficiency with predictive maintenance and vibration analysis, plus Total Productive Maintenance and Lean Manufacturing.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
