Maintenance Manager

Manage and oversee plant preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment. Lead scheduling and daily responsibilities for the maintenance team, and ensure reliable operation of CNC machining centers and facility systems (utilities, HVAC, fire protection). Establish maintenance programs, procure spare parts and services, troubleshoot critical equipment failures, and drive root-cause corrective actions to minimize downtime and meet safety, quality, productivity, and KPI targets.
