Investigate and resolve serious property exposure claims end to end, including liability evaluation, negotiation, and settlement expediting. Handle complex and catastrophic losses with delegated authority, determine policy coverage, and ensure reserve adequacy. Maintain current claims/industry knowledge and local repair and pricing practices, while supporting operational continuity across regions through flexible deployments and possible CAT duty. Deliver exceptional customer service and mentor less-experienced claims associates.
