Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain responsibility for designated store sections and ensure visual standards are met.
  • •Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently across all payment methods.
  • •Provide customers quality service face-to-face or over the telephone, and develop stock knowledge to promote in-store promotions.
  • •Maintain housekeeping standards across the shop floor, cash desk, and stockroom; organize and arrange stock.
  • •Ensure compliance with legal standards, SOPs, and health & safety through audits, action plans, and training; cover Head/Deputy Cashier roles in their absence.
