Job Summary

Perform end-to-end testing, start-up, commissioning, and servicing of commercial HVAC systems on assigned projects. Serve as the direct customer contact, diagnose and repair equipment at customer locations or the Rental Services depot, and coordinate with team leaders and customers on installation and repair requirements. Use software/technology, hand tools, and blueprints to troubleshoot and maintain safety and accountability of company assets.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete end-to-end testing, start-up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned HVAC projects.
•Serve as the direct customer contact and repair/servicing of equipment to ensure customer satisfaction through diagnosis and repairs.
•Coordinate with team leaders and customers to understand installation and repair requirements by examining layouts and gathering materials.
•Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
•Maintain safety standards and record use, wear, and conditions of company assets; support overtime and occasional overnight stays as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 21.89 - 40.34 hourly

Key Requirements

•A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
•At least 2-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC, or equivalent education (Technical School) and experience.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with handheld computers (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
•Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including specified examples) in the previous 3 years.
•EPA Certification (e.g., HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer) is preferred.
