Job Summary

Lead full-cycle recruiting for a defined set of Go-To-Market (GTM) roles during a fixed, deliverable-driven contractor engagement. Own sourcing and candidate pipelines for Enterprise/Strategic Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and additional GTM roles up to Director level. Manage candidate experience through offer stage, coordinate with hiring managers on requirements and feedback, maintain ATS records, and provide milestone-based progress updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and deliver qualified candidate slates for in-scope GTM requisitions using your own sourcing methods and networks.
•Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage for assigned requisitions.
•Coordinate directly with relevant hiring managers on role requirements, feedback, and process without day-to-day oversight.
•Provide periodic progress updates against agreed milestones (e.g., weekly pipeline summaries).
•Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in LogicGate’s ATS for continuity after the engagement ends, and flag material risks or delays proactively.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM/sales functions.
•Proven ability to run independent searches with minimal onboarding or hand-holding.
•Established personal sourcing network and tools.
•Experience operating as an independent recruiter/consultant across multiple concurrent clients.
•Comfort working with defined deliverables and milestones instead of ongoing supervision.
