Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues using data.
  • •Practice safe job practices while repairing complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts and maintain the service vehicle professionally.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed and travel to customer job sites for repairs when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Preferred: experience in field service, maintenance, and repair.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 to operate a company vehicle.
