Job Summary

Own and run FX trading across emerging-market corridors, the G10 treasury book, and stablecoin on/off ramps. Lead day-to-day execution for 40+ currencies with strong P&L and trading margin ownership, while managing liquidity providers and counterparty concentration. Partner with Treasury, Ops, and Compliance on funding, settlement flows, and risk decisions. Build and develop the trading team and scale the live desk through automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day FX execution across 40+ actively traded currencies, setting standards for execution quality, pricing, and risk discipline.
•Take full accountability for trading margin and P&L, managing spread between sourcing cost and required rates corridor by corridor, with clear performance attribution.
•Build and manage the liquidity provider panel, including onboarding, benchmarking, and renegotiating for competitive pricing and counterparty concentration control.
•Optimize desk funding strategy for each corridor, including stablecoin sourcing when faster and cheaper than fiat rails.
•Lead and develop the trading team, driving automation to scale without increasing headcount one-for-one.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record running emerging-markets FX execution with direct ownership of margin or P&L under volatile conditions.
•Experience managing liquidity providers and leading a specialist trading team.
•Strong command of hedging, exposure limits, and the unit economics of cross-border payments.
•Comfortable with automation, data, and modelling to improve execution and decision-making.
•Working view of stablecoins (USDC/USDT) as a sourcing and settlement layer.
