Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage facilities maintenance teams, including internal and supplier-based teams, at the Charleston site.
  • •Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, emergency responses, shutdowns, and asset renewal strategies.

  • •Collaborate with business partners, engineering, project management, and other COEs to support facilities initiatives.
  • •Manage supplier contracts and performance and participate in strategic and operational planning for end-to-end facilities management objectives.
