Job Summary

Join our maintenance team as a Crane Mechanical Technician responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of crane systems and related automation equipment at the Kocaeli site. Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA; work with Profinet/Profibus networks; support Kaizen and continuous improvement to maximize equipment reliability, safety, and operational uptime in a busy port environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on crane systems and related automation equipment.
•Diagnose faults using technical manuals and diagnostics tools; document issues and corrective actions.
•Utilize PLC, HMI, and SCADA to troubleshoot and optimize equipment performance.
•Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, A3, etc.) to increase reliability and efficiency.
•Coordinate with maintenance teams and supervisors to ensure safety and compliance during maintenance activities.

Key Requirements

•Tercihen meslek lisesi veya meslek yüksekokullarının elektrik, elektronik, mekatronik veya otomasyon bölümlerinden mezun
•Elektrik/elektronik, otomasyon bakım-onarım veya proje alanlarında en az 3 yıl deneyim
•Liman ekipmanları bakım, onarım ve proje çalışmalarında deneyim
•PLC, sürücü, HMI ve SCADA sistemleri konusunda bilgi ve tecrübe
•Profinet, Profibus, CAN ve Ethernet/IP haberleşme protokolleri hakkında bilgi sahibi
