Job Summary

Own and maintain MIS and portfolio governance for the CRD portfolio, ensuring data quality, reconciliation, and management-ready reporting. Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting for CRD accounts and support senior leadership with accurate data for NPL management, provisions, and interests in suspense. Lead governance activities including monitoring vulnerable accounts, audit support, BCP coordination, and credit restructuring analysis with financial modelling and credit applications.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain up-to-date MIS reporting and manage CRD portfolio reports, including ensuring data quality and integrity with periodic reconciliations.
•Prepare and take charge of periodical management reporting (monthly/quarterly) and ensure reporting presentations meet standards.
•Provide robust, accurate data to support senior CRD leadership in managing NPLs, provisions, and interests in suspense, including planning and budgeting.
•Monitor past due, watch list, and provisioning reports to identify early alerts and potential new cases.
•Support portfolio governance and restructuring activities, including financial modelling, credit applications/analysis, portfolio stress testing, and coordination of audit, BCP, and RCSA activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or Finance.
•1–2 years of relevant experience in the banking or finance sector.
•Advanced ability to read and analyze corporate financials.
•Strong written and spoken communication skills.
•Experience supporting the credit function and working with regulators and independent functions on vulnerable cases.
