Sr Director Treasury

Lead treasury strategy and execution by shaping financing approaches that improve stability and growth through risk management and cash flow optimization. Partner closely with Building and Industrial Automation sales organizations to support transactions from origination through closing and monetization, including sourcing third-party financing. Report to the Assistant Treasurer, operate from Charlotte, and manage people while communicating deal needs, ensuring compliance, and staying current on industry and regulatory changes.
