Job Summary

Lead daily operations and customer experience on the sales floor as the ultimate Pandora fan. Drive individual and store sales performance by coaching and inspiring a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates. Build brand loyalty through strong product knowledge, deliver timely visual merchandising and operational execution, and partner with leadership and HR to address performance issues and staffing needs.

•Immerse in the Pandora brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.
•Coach and manage Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to achieve KPI goals.
•Drive sales by building connections with customers and creating memorable shopping moments through strong product knowledge.
•Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain efficient operational processes and continuous talent development.
•Recruit and support seasonal and core hiring, and partner with leadership and HR to resolve performance issues and policy violations.

Key Requirements

•At least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.

•Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point of sale systems.
