Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development of critical financial markets infrastructure and capabilities for both internal corporate needs, and customer facing product teams, including price construction and distribution via all channels, market risk management & position keeping, and interfacing with liquidity management.
  • •Work closely with the Treasury (functional) team to deliver capabilities that optimize liquidity, efficiently manage risks, and provide adequate reporting and control to the team.
  • •Work closely with other product domains to build out solutions that allows product domains to access critical financial services with little intervention.
  • •Define and lead the product strategy for FX and stablecoin features at Airwallex, including customer experience, business architecture, and pricing & execution.
  • •Support the delivery of capabilities that meet obligations to customers, partners and regulators across markets.

Salary: USD 147,000 - 252,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics or Finance.
  • •Experience in product management building products from 0-1.
  • •Customer mindset and ability to translate user needs into product decisions.
  • •Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Bonus if you have experience in FX or Stablecoin.
