Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of local, inbound and outbound multinational clients, ensuring quality client management and servicing outcomes.
  • •Design, strategise, place, renew and manage Property & Casualty insurance programmes; review performance and recommend risk improvement actions based on claims analysis.
  • •Ensure accurate, timely policy administration (documentation, invoicing and collection) and advise on clients’ contractual insurance requirements.
  • •Collaborate with overseas Aon offices and producing offices to implement and optimise global insurance programmes and coordinate service scope and fee arrangements per AGCN guidelines.
  • •Lead and coach a team, guiding technical insurance and operational matters, driving governance and service excellence, and achieving budget, portfolio retention, and organic growth targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
  • •General insurance academic qualifications; ACII or equivalent is advantageous.
  • •At least 12 years of experience in the insurance industry, including experience in the Singapore insurance market with corporate and/or multinational clients.
  • •Strong technical knowledge across Property & Casualty insurance lines and multinational programme management.
  • •Proven people leadership, coaching, and team management experience.
