Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day management and execution of patient safety and quality initiatives across the organization.
  • •Monitor and evaluate patient safety events, conduct data analysis, and assist implementation of quality improvement projects.
  • •Assist with PSQ improvement activities, ensuring compliance with DHA/MOH/MOHAP/DOH OSHMS and infection control requirements across departments.
  • •Support OSHMS operations: help optimize hazard/incident/near-miss reporting, assist risk assessments, and coordinate risk management with stakeholders.
  • •Assist accreditation and regulatory processes (e.g., JCI): maintain relevant records, prepare for meetings, support data collection and validated reporting, and help prepare reports and KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate of a Secretarial Course or its equivalent
  • •Six months or more in healthcare set up
  • •Excellent command of oral and written English
  • •Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in advanced Excel tools or statistical software
  • •Arabic language is desirable (not essential)
