Dispatcher

Coordinate daily deliveries for customers by answering customer and driver calls, scheduling and tracking orders, and preparing next-day delivery plans. Work with sales, quality control, operators, and other teams to align equipment, personnel, and materials while maintaining safety and efficiency. Dispatch and control drivers based on demand, record accurate delivery/product information, and support a high-quality customer service experience in a fast-paced office environment.
