Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Client Executives, Client Service Management, Product and Operations to maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
  • •Create and maintain detailed client plans mapping organizational structures, key contact points, and client governance.
  • •Proactively manage non-operational queries, issues, and escalations across products and jurisdictions.
  • •Conduct and manage service reviews and support ongoing client due diligence across HSBC.
  • •Manage commercial operations (fee schedules, aged debtor management, and maintenance of key commercial and service-level agreements) and drive client improvement plans.
  • •Promote client adoption of digital tools and co-service model while capturing feedback to inform product roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Securities Services, client management, and business implementation/change, including business development or senior operational leadership experience.
  • •Client-facing ability with excellent communication and presentation skills, including leading and managing meetings.
  • •Track record retaining and managing client relationships across securities services products and executing departmental strategy.
  • •Understanding core commercial and contractual drivers and business performance.
  • •Strong understanding of regulations governing securities services client management, plus controls and risk management/mitigation knowledge.
