Senior Design Project Manager

Manage the design process for large-scale construction projects from master planning/basis of design through issuance of construction drawings, serving as the day-to-day client interface. Coordinate Architect/Engineer and design team activities, drive design meetings, optimize designs to reduce unnecessary work, and support authority approvals, permitting, and constructability reviews. Develop delivery schedules, scope-of-work deliverables, and negotiate deliverables and pricing with consulting firms while tracking design and cost issues.
