Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and delivery of internal AI agents and automation workflows using frameworks such as Snowflake Cortex, LangChain, and LangGraph, including planning, retrieval, validation, and human-in-the-loop execution where appropriate.
  • •Develop reusable tools, APIs, and components engineers can use to compose new agentic workflows, including retrieval-augmented generation and context management strategies.
  • •Establish evaluation harnesses, regression tests, monitoring, and guardrails for AI-agent reliability, groundedness, response accuracy, latency, cost, and failure rates; partner to move prototypes into production-ready systems.
  • •Oversee the design, build, and maintenance of production-grade Python libraries, services, and engineering patterns that improve maintainability and extensibility, including modularity, automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, observability, and documentation.
  • •Lead productization of reusable Python libraries for clean room and audience/measurement workflows, abstracting complex data collaboration tasks into repeatable components and enabling configurable feature deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software engineering experience, including experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
  • •Deep hands-on experience building production-grade software using Python, including libraries, services, testing, CI/CD, and code reviews.
  • •Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs and RAG, including vector databases and prompt engineering/frameworks such as Snowflake Cortex, LangChain, or LangGraph.
  • •Experience designing AI-enabled workflows, reasoning agents, tool-using agents, or complex automation systems.
  • •5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
