  • •Oversee daily operations of the Anatomic Pathology & Cytopathology section, including training and supervision of assigned staff
  • •Conduct daily cytology routine processes, including screening cervical (Gyn) and non-Gyn samples
  • •Ensure accreditation and quality compliance, including accreditation standards support, QA systems, quality control, proficiency testing, and method validation
  • •Train and supervise staff performance, assist with staff assessment and development, and conduct competence review records
  • •Promote safety, ethical practices, patient confidentiality, manage instrumentation troubleshooting, and supervise inventory/materials and monthly scheduling

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory/Cytology or related field
  • •Current/valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) License
  • •7+ years of experience in a related field, with 3+ years supervisor experience in Anatomic Pathology and Cytopathology
  • •Knowledge of core laboratory sections and accreditation practices (CAP, JCIA)
  • •Fluency in English (speak and write)
