Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coordinate forecasting cycles and flash reporting, coordinating with countries’ local finance and validating assumptions for data integrity.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate submission of regional financial reports, flash updates, and management presentations.
  • •Analyze variances between actual performance and planned/forecast, then derive conclusions and action items.
  • •Prepare and build regional performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs; monitor trends, risks, and opportunities and proactively communicate insights to leadership.
  • •Partner with regional/local Operations, Commercial, Procurement, and other teams for financial insights supporting pricing, tenders, customer profitability, and operational changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (master’s degree or CFA is a plus).
  • •5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • •Strong expertise in financial analysis, forecasting methodologies, and performance evaluation techniques.
  • •Advanced analytical capability and advanced financial modeling proficiency to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • •Expertise with ERP systems (SAP/CW) and business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
