Key Responsibilities

  • •Support execution of R&D projects from concept through validation and industrialization.

  • •Collaborate with manufacturing sites for scale-up activities, product launches, and troubleshooting during industrial trials.
  • •Drive cost innovation and sustainability initiatives through material, process, and design improvements while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Packaging Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related scientific/engineering discipline.
  • •Open to recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in R&D, product development, manufacturing, engineering, or a technical environment.
  • •Interest in product development, innovation, sustainability, or manufacturing processes via internships, university projects, placements, or early career experience.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international teams.
  • •Fluent English and good communication/presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (data analysis tools are an advantage).
