Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and improve the employer brand across recruitment-related materials and campaigns.
  • •Ensure visual assets align with branding, tone, and identity.
  • •Support initiatives to position the company as an attractive employer and improve brand recall.
  • •Create campaigns that increase applicant interest and improve brand recognition.
  • •Design, edit, and produce recruitment marketing materials (posters, banners, videos, social content, presentations, event materials, digital ads, flyers, signage, email creatives).
  • •Produce short-form videos, reels, teasers, and recruitment promotional content; resize/adapt content for various platforms and formats.
  • •Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Talent Marketing on hiring drives, sourcing campaigns, job fairs, and school partnerships.
  • •Enhance overall quality and consistency of recruitment visuals and branding touchpoints; contribute ideas to improve campaign appeal and visibility.
  • •Organize design files, templates, and marketing assets; maintain version control and ensure timely output.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 30,000 - 35,000 monthly
