Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform hands-on data visualization and chart generation (e.g., JMP).
  • •Build data processing tools using Perl and Python, and develop HTML-based data display interfaces.
  • •Execute wafer level reliability sampling plans, OCAP procedures, and bench EFA validation; drive improvement through extrinsic/intrinsic target achievement.
  • •Develop new wafer-level reliability capability and enhance correlation and accuracy versus equivalent backend unit level reliability testing.
  • •Serve as an SME in reliability fail modes, mitigate excursions, and lead corrective and preventive actions for CQE and FEMQA teams based on customer feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience generating data visualizations and charts (e.g., JMP).
  • •Ability to use data processing tools such as Perl and Python (or similar scripting languages).
  • •HTML development skills for data display interfaces.
  • •Electrical Failure Analysis diagnostic skills.
  • •Ability to support Fab reliability performance through wafer level reliability sampling plans and OCAP procedures, including bench EFA validation.
