Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8–10 Account Executives to drive individual and team quota attainment.
  • •Manage and review the Salesforce pipeline to ensure data quality, accurate forecasting, and healthy stage progression.
  • •Run regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development plans for each team member.
  • •Partner with Marketing, BDRs, and Customer Success to maximize pipeline generation and conversion.
  • •Support AEs in strategic negotiations, enforce compliance with pricing/discounting/approval policies, and report risks/opportunities to the Regional Sales Director.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience managing or coaching a quota-carrying sales team, ideally in SMB or high-velocity environments.
  • •Strong command of Salesforce (or an equivalent CRM) for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • •Track record of meeting or exceeding team revenue targets.
  • •Excellent coaching, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
