Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients courteously and completing complex and standardized transactions while uncovering needs.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, online, and mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities (referring to specialists as needed).
  • •Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to clients’ needs.
  • •Maintain internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies while supporting new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Requirements
