Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end FM readiness for 8 Kippax Street, transitioning from construction handover to fully operational building.
•Build and maintain asset registers, implement a 52-week PPM schedule, and ensure systems are commissioned, tested, and ready from day one.
•Lead day-to-day FM operations at 8 Kippax post-opening, including reactive maintenance, rapid response, stabilisation, and snagging.
•Drive vendor performance and maintain governance frameworks, performance reporting, and escalation pathways aligned with global FM standards.
•Manage business-as-usual FM operations across the rest of the Sydney campus portfolio and lead/develop the on-site maintenance team.

Key Requirements

•Solid facilities management experience in a commercial or tech environment, ideally with building openings or major fit-out handovers.
•Proven ability to stand up FM operations from scratch, including vendor mobilisation, PPM implementation, and compliance frameworks.
•Strong knowledge of WHS, statutory compliance, building systems, and vendor governance.
•Experience managing building handovers and partnering with construction or project delivery teams.
•Highly organised and proactive, able to manage multiple workstreams while staying ahead of issues.
