Job Summary

Own and grow TikTok LIVE creator communities by planning community operations, defining strategies for engagement and retention, and driving user growth through online and offline channels. Manage day-to-day community operations including moderation, user support, and feedback handling, and plan engaging activities to strengthen users’ sense of belonging. Use community metrics to optimize plans and coordinate with Marketing and Product to deliver promotions and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and plan LIVE creators community operations; formulate strategies to drive engagement and user stickiness.
•Expand community user resources and grow precise target users via online/offline activities and social media promotion; achieve growth targets.
•Maintain daily community order; answer user questions, handle feedback and complaints, and ensure a positive user experience.
•Plan and execute community activities (topic discussions, online lectures, live skills education, go-live tasks) to boost participation and brand belonging.
•Collect, analyze, and optimize community data (activity, retention, remark content) and collaborate with other departments on projects and promotions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•3+ years of community operations experience and familiarity with community operation processes and methods.
•Excellent communication and copywriting skills to interact with different users and write engaging activity copy/announcements.
•Fluency in both English and Turkish to work with Turkish-speaking and global stakeholders.
•Strong data analysis skills to identify problems/opportunities and support operation decisions.
