Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary integration lead ensuring SOF mission sustainment and operational enablement projects are executed in a coordinated, mission-focused manner for USASOC and USSOCOM subordinate commands.
  • •Enable SOF readiness and continuity across CONUS and OCONUS locations through full-spectrum logistics, sustainment, and operational services.
  • •Coordinate, direct, manage, and provide oversight for project activities to achieve mission sustainment, operational enablement, and readiness objectives across supported locations.
  • •Synchronize and assess mission sustainment, logistics, and operational enablement capabilities and solutions across multiple projects to identify future requirements and shortfalls.
  • •Manage cross-functional teams, monitor progress, resolve issues, mitigate risk, and provide program status, progress, risks, and issues to customers, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Arts/Science degree.
  • •5+ years of management experience managing U.S. Special Operations requirements and projects.
  • •10+ years supporting U.S. Special Operations Forces (SOF) in SOF core mission areas, including core operations and logistics support (USASOC experience preferred).
  • •Top Secret clearance required to start.
  • •US Citizenship required.
