Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a strategic view of the ERP portfolio, including priorities, dependencies, costs, risks, and cross-functional impacts.
  • •Manage portfolio demand intake with business and IT stakeholders to validate requirements, value, and funding justification.
  • •Assess business, technical, operational, and organizational impacts of major changes to support decision-making.
  • •Oversee change request management and align scope/effort/status and release sequencing across dependent workstreams.
  • •Develop dashboards and reporting, and support stabilization/hypercare via root-cause analysis and corrective action tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • •10+ years’ experience in portfolio/solution management, program management, or a similar role supporting enterprise ERP in an IT organization.
  • •Working knowledge of enterprise ERP value chain (requisition-to-purchase order, receipt/invoice processing, three-way match, payment, and general ledger flow).
  • •Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba, plus exposure to invoice management (e.g., OpenText VIM) and integration with surrounding/third-party systems.
  • •Experience running intake and impact assessments (business case, capacity and dependency analysis), including SOX-relevant change/release and control considerations.
