Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business leaders for assigned growth verticals to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and business performance.
  • •Own forecasts for revenue and operating expense projections, continuously improving forecast accuracy.
  • •Develop and enhance financial models for scenario planning, pricing analysis, and evaluation of new initiatives.
  • •Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages with variance analyses, executive summaries, and recommendations.
  • •Monitor KPIs and performance indicators to identify emerging risks/opportunities, communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders, and improve forecasting and reporting processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
  • •4-6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
  • •Advanced financial modeling and forecasting experience, including building scalable models for planning and scenario analysis.
  • •Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting processes.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, plus strong communication skills for presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
