Key Responsibilities

  • •Own multi-year strategy, roadmap, and product line business performance for Motor Control & Protection portfolios.
  • •Deliver profit plan objectives (sales, orders, share, margin, and price) and manage price realization; measure and report performance monthly and drive corrective actions.
  • •Lead global product lifecycle activities (VOC, competitive analysis, business cases, NPI/NPD) and coordinate domestic/international launches with supporting materials.
  • •Translate market trends and customer needs into differentiated offerings; develop pricing and value propositions.
  • •Lead and develop team members (multiple product managers) and collaborate across Marketing Communications, Sales, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, including interunit assembly partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • •Minimum 8 years’ experience across product management, strategic/technical marketing, engineering, sales, or operations for relevant motor protection/circuit protection areas; including 3+ years owning product strategy/roadmaps and price management.
  • •Lead global product strategy execution, including pricing and value proposition development, aligned to multi-year roadmaps.
  • •Travel up to 25%, including occasional international travel.
  • •Must be within a 50-mile radius of Asheville, NC; Beachwood, OH; Irvine, CA; Menomonee Falls, WI; Moon Township, PA; or Raleigh, NC (Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt).
