Job Summary

Manage complex, medium-term enterprise projects across SMBC Group EMEA, ensuring governance, compliance, and delivery against quality standards, timelines, and budgets. Operate across multiple offices and regulatory nuances while realizing project benefits with minimal impact to the business.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver complex enterprise project outcomes across SMBC Group EMEA, driving change benefits and goals within agreed quality standards, timeframes, and budgets.
•Ensure appropriate project governance, transparency, and documented rationale and decision-making to withstand regulatory scrutiny.
•Manage the full project lifecycle and budget in line with SMBC EMEA’s Project Management Methodology, ensuring deliverables align with SMBC objectives.
•Lead, influence, motivate, and manage diverse project teams across EMEA, coordinating workstreams and managing stakeholder engagement with C-level sponsors.
•Plan and drive completion of project artefacts (business case, regulatory requirements, roadmap, testing, deliverables, and BAU handover) and escalate risks/issues with mitigation plans.

Key Requirements

•Educated to degree level or have significant specialist knowledge.
