Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic HR enablement and execution to advance HR initiatives through readiness, change management, and adoption practices.
  • •Partner with HR COEs, HRBPs, Communications, and enterprise stakeholders to ensure HR programs and processes are practical, scalable, and successfully adopted.
  • •Develop implementation strategies, readiness plans, communication frameworks, and feedback mechanisms connecting HR strategy to field execution.
  • •Oversee critical risks tied to business objectives in alignment with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
  • •Oversee and lead a team responsible for development and communication of business plans, including performance management, development, and managerial activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner, Center of Expertise (COE), HR Strategy, Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, Talent, or related HR disciplines.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading implementation, readiness, adoption, and sustainment of large-scale HR programs across diverse stakeholders.
  • •Experience developing implementation playbooks, readiness plans, communication strategies, training resources, and enablement tools.
  • •Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across HR functions through structured communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
