Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the passkeys backlog by writing, refining, and prioritizing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tasks.
  • •Run sprint planning and backlog grooming to ensure stories capture WebAuthn ceremony behaviors, attestation handling, and platform/browser edge cases.
  • •Act as the primary engineering point of contact during delivery, clarifying requirements for credential creation, cross-device sign-in flows, UI/autofill, and syncing behavior.
  • •Translate passkey strategy into epics, milestones, and sprint-ready work, including passwordless onboarding, credential migration, and account recovery flows.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional work across design, QA, security, and compliance, define acceptance criteria, and manage dependencies and release/launch planning across browsers and platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •Own and manage the passkeys product backlog, including writing and refining user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tasks.
  • •Drive sprint planning and backlog grooming for WebAuthn registration and authentication ceremonies, including attestation and platform/browser edge cases.
  • •Understand authentication protocols and identity concepts, including FIDO2/WebAuthn ceremonies, attestation, discoverable credentials, credential syncing, and passwordless account recovery.
  • •Work across passkey-related experiences across vault, browser extension, desktop and mobile apps, admin console, and server/API tracking dependencies.
  • •Maintain strong product-delivery discipline and communication by forecasting timelines, surfacing risks early, and tracking dependencies across teams and standards updates.
