Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement program plans and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • •Lead and manage complex program activities to deliver on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • •Coordinate value-stream delivery across Plan → Inventory → Warehouse → Fulfillment with one roadmap, milestones, and KPI performance across growth sites.
  • •Partner with CI and Digital (IT) delivery teams to deliver the materials digital backbone and manage cross-site sequencing and dependencies.
  • •Track business value and benefit realization and communicate progress and risk via monthly steering committees.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management or a related role.
  • •Strong understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship; candidates must reside within 50 miles of one of the listed locations.
