Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for technical commercial real estate projects from planning through closeout.
  • •Interface with clients to define scope of work, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules/landmarks, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Document IT requirements by collaborating with the project team to define technology solutions.
  • •Run project delivery processes including resource definition, RFPs, bid evaluations, and recommendations to clients.
  • •Direct the project delivery team (architects, engineers, and vendor/contractors), track progress, and develop contingency plans for identified threats.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or an equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • •IT construction experience including network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, audio visual, security access/monitoring, and sound masking.
  • •Ability to read architectural drawings and knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
  • •LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred.
